At Inland, I led the design of the Last Mile logistics platform, tailoring it for on-site warehouse users while ensuring scalability for future tablet integration. The platform was designed to streamline last-mile operations with a focus on intuitive navigation and efficiency in high-paced environments.

I developed user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that prioritized clarity and ease of use, making complex logistics processes more accessible. Beyond interface design, I actively participated in design sprints, refining usability and enhancing operational workflows.
