The challenge

Osigu was growing fast across Latin America, but much of its product ecosystem had to be designed from scratch. I led the creation of a new RCM platform and the full redesign of an aging EHR system, both with no usable documentation or existing user flows.

In Colombia, we rebuilt the EHR under strict compliance constraints. In Brazil, we scaled the RCM platform for launch in a highly competitive market. At the same time, I supported development teams across Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean to keep the experience consistent across regions.

This project also opened the door to work on an embedded AI assistant that helped providers reduce admin tasks and make faster, more informed clinical decisions.
